BEN'S WISH: A CANCER-KICKIN' VIDEOGAME
wishful
Ben Duskin's only 9 years old, but he's already got a claim to fame: He's the impetus and inspiration for a videogame. The former leukemia patient asked the Make-A-Wish Foundation for a videogame that other cancer patients could play for relief from chemotherapy, and LucasArts software engineer Eric Johnston volunteered his time and resources to make it happen.

The result is Ben's Game, featuring a skateboarding wunderkind, modelled after Duskin, who zaps mutated cells. The game's a free download, and oldschool enough to give me some laughs.
