NO-FRILLS CINEMA
Are you sick of paying around 10 bucks for a movie ticket? Add on your mega-large soda, popcorn and package of Jujifruits, and you're looking at $20, at least. Take a date, and any kids, and you're some $50 in the hole, easy. All for the dubious distinction of catching Legally Blonde 2.

But there is a new force rising, from the UK. easyCinema is a radical new concept in the moviegoing experience, where you can book your ticket for as little as 25 cents(!).

I'm finding it hard to believe how this idea can work. No concession sales? That's how theaters make all their money, I thought. Plus, I can't see the film industry ever going for this. Maybe things are different in Britain.
