Who says politics aren't entertaining? Not the brave new world of the European Union. On only the second day of the Union's new Italian Presidency, Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi put his foot in his mouth when he jokingly referred to a German politico as a Nazi.

All I know is, the recently-departed Greek Presidency wouldn't have said that. Probably.
